Full configuration and development across Endur V8 to V22: AVS and JVS scripting, ESS, APM, upgrades, complex contract pricing, scheduling, invoicing, and day-to-day support.

Pricing and market data

Implementation and support of Enverus GDM and Morningstar/ZEMA: imports, exports, workflows, curve building and corporate pricing solutions.

Data and integration

Extracting trading data into Azure with Data Factories and Azure SQL Server, and building reporting and business support systems around it.

Business analysis and risk

Front-to-back business analysis, requirements and testing, risk management, VaR model validation, MtM and P&L, REMIT and EMIR.

Architecture and building projects

For municipalities and social housing companies, we lead new-build and renovation projects from design and tender through to handover.

Project management

Project lead for public buildings, roads, utilities and sewerage, and for new-build and renovation in social housing, including outsourced works and building maintenance.

Public procurement

Tender procedures for public contracts, technical specifications and bills of quantities, and negotiation with contractors.

Cost and planning control

Review of contractors’ progress statements, budget management, multi-year investment planning, and subsidy files for Wonen in Vlaanderen.

Design and site supervision

Design through to building permit, stability and energy performance (EPB) calculations, and supervision on site through to final handover.

The municipalities of Overijse and Wezembeek-Oppem, Het Vlaamse Woonanker (social housing, Sint-Pieters-Leeuw), and architecture firms in Jette and Lennik.

Software design and development

We design and build our own software, from mobile apps to data pipelines, and build tailored tools for the teams we work with.

Mobile apps

Android and iOS apps from one shared codebase, written in Kotlin Multiplatform with Compose Multiplatform.

Web platforms

PHP and MySQL web platforms, and the secure APIs that mobile apps run on.

Data solutions

Data pipelines, databases and reporting in Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Server and MySQL, using SQL, C# and Python.

Business tools

Excel, VBA and Access tools for trading, risk and operations teams that need a working solution quickly.

Current project

time4sport.eu

Time4Sport is a social platform for people who play sport: find partners and clubs, send and answer invites to play, message each other, and buy and sell equipment.

We design and build it end to end: Android and iOS apps written in Kotlin Multiplatform, and the PHP and MySQL web platform behind them.

More than 25 years in energy trading systems, as senior risk analyst, business analyst, developer and project lead for trading companies across Europe. MSc in Electrical Engineering (Power and Control) from Delft University of Technology.

Works in English and Dutch.

Jinke Vink

Partner, Senior Consultant, Architect

More than 20 years as an architect and project manager, including heading the public works and facility management departments of the Municipality of Overijse. MSc in Architecture from Delft University of Technology.

Works in Dutch and English, and also speaks German and French.
